How to Connect to a Wireless Printer in Ubuntu

Plug in and power on the wireless printer.
Click the 'System' option on the top taskbar in the Ubuntu desktop.
Click the 'Administration' option in the System menu.
Click the 'Printing' option and then click the 'Server' tab.
Click the 'Settings' link.
Click the 'Show printers shared by other systems' option. The Printing wizard will scan the network for all available wireless printers. All printers detected will be listed in the dialog box.
Click the entry for the wireless printer to connect to the printer.
Click 'OK.' The wireless printer is connected to the Ubuntu computer.
