How to Delete a Printer From the Active Directory
Gain administrative access to the server hosting the Active Directory Domain Services. You will need this in order to effect any changes in the active directory, as most networks can only be modified by an administrator account in the server.
Open the 'Administrative Tools' folder under the Control Panel and double-click to open.
Find and select 'Print Management.' A print management tree will appear.
Find and select the print server where the printer you need to delete is located.
Click on 'Printers.'
Locate the 'Results' pane. Find the printer you need to delete and then click 'Remove from Directory.' This will effectively remove the printer from the active directory of your choice.
