How to Fix a Brother Printer When the Computer Is Offline

Inspect all printer and computer connections and then power up your printer.
Double-click the Brother printer icon on your computer. Alternatively, click the Windows 'Start' button, click 'Devices and Printers' and right-click the Brother printer icon.
Click on 'See What's Printing.'
Click the 'Printer' drop-down menu.
Remove the check mark from the 'Use Printer Offline' box. You should now be able to resume production and complete your print job.
