How to Map a Printer

Click the 'Start' button in the lower left corner of the screen.
Click 'Control Panel.'
Click 'Device and Printers.'
Click 'Add a Printer.'
Click 'Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.'
Click the desired printer, and then click the 'Next' button.
Click to choose the correct print driver, if the printer is directly connected to the network. If the printer is shared from another computer, the driver installs automatically. If a driver is not found, manually download the appropriate driver from the printer manufacturer's website.
Click 'Next' twice.
Click 'Finish.'
