How to Print Photos With a Laser Printer (4 Steps)

Insert the printer's USB cord into your computer. Turn the printer on.
Insert photo paper into the laser printer.
Assign the appropriate paper size. Press 'Menu' on the printer. Select 'Settings,' then 'Paper Type,' and scroll to the appropriate size of paper. Most printers are set for 8 1/2-inch by 11-inch paper. If you use this size paper, you do not need to change paper settings.
Open the file you want to print on your computer. Press the 'File' menu, and click on 'Print.' Choose the appropriate printer and quantities in the pop-up menu.
