How to Reset a Printer Spooler

Log on to your computer and click on the 'Start' button. Choose the 'Control Panel' option on the right-hand side.
Locate the 'Administrative Tools' icon and double-click on it. Double-click on the 'Services' icon.
Scroll down to the 'Print Spooler' option and double-click to open it. Change the 'Startup type to 'Automatic' to have the print spooler service start each time the computer starts.
Click 'OK' to confirm the new setting. Restart your computer to have the new setting take effect.
