How to Adjust Adobe Reader Printer Settings (4 Steps)
Log on to your computer and open a PDF document. The PDF document will automatically open with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can also open Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the 'Start' button, choosing 'All Programs' and selecting 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' from the list.
Click on the 'File' button and choose'Print Setup' from the menu. Click the dropdown button next to the printer name and select the printer you wish to use.
Go to the 'Orientation' section and set the page orientation to portrait or landscape. Click the 'Properties' button to set the printer properties.
Choose the desired print quality from the list. You can choose 'Draft Mode,' which does a quick print and saves ink, 'Normal Mode' or 'Best Quality,' which produces higher quality printouts but also uses more ink and takes more time. Click 'OK' to confirm the settings you have changed.
