How to Allow Your Printer Spooler to Accept Client Connections

Log on to your PC server with an administrator account.
Open the Start menu and click on the 'Run' symbol.
Type 'gpedit.msc' into the text field and hit the 'Enter' key to launch the Group Policy Object Editor tool.
Expand the 'Administrative Templates' section underneath the 'Computer Configuration' heading.
Highlight the 'Printers' submenu.
Right-click on the item labeled 'Allow Print Spooler to accept client connections' and choose 'Properties.'
Select the 'Enabled' radio button and hit 'OK' to save the settings.
