How to Install a 32

Locate your printer driver set-up file.
Right click this file to produce a standard context menu.
Left click the 'Properties' heading on this context menu.
Left click the 'Compatibility' tab located at the top of the properties box that appears.
Select the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' box.
Select 'Windows XP service pack 3' from the pull-down menu just below the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' radio button.
Click the 'Apply' then 'OK' button located in the lower right corner of the dialog box. This will close the dialog box.
Launch the driver software and install as you normally would. Forcing the software into compatibility with Windows XP service pack 3 ensures that 32-bit code will be executed correctly as there was no service pack 3 for the 64-bit variant of Windows XP.
