How to Open Printer Settings in Macs (4 Steps)


Click the 'Launcher' icon in the Dock on the desktop.
Double-click the 'Applications' folder, then scroll to and double-click the 'Utilities' folder.
Scroll to and double-click the 'Printer Setup Utility' icon. The Printer List window opens.
Double-click the printer you want to access. The Printer Info window opens and displays the device's settings.
